Overview
We want you love your zzZMinga product.. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Returns must include all original accessories and manuals.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at info@zzzminga.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Return Label. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the Product: Securely place the zzZMinga item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Be sure to write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the package.
- Ship the Product:
- For returns within 30 days without quality issues, return shipping costs are shared (100% covered by the customer).
- For returns due to quality issues, zzZMinga covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the product is not in like-new condition or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 30% from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order on zzzminga.com/au.
